CU Achieve was started in 2002 by Melissa Boyce, in Virginia. All of us within CU Achieve, Inc. are passionate about helping credit unions and their members.  We are a unique, hand-picked mix of talent and creativity.  It is our desire to help Executives and their front-line become more competitive and create change in their credit unions through Strategic Vision, Marketing, Business Development and Training.

We’ve recognized that there is a gap between what some credit unions need and what they can afford.  There are three main reasons for this gap between needs and needs fulfilled: 1) the skill requirements can’t be handled by their existing staff, 2) many of these credit unions can’t afford to pay for a full-time executive, and/or 3) they have the skills, but not the time.

Melissa’s vision is now being fulfilled by nine people.  We are currently partnered with over 25 credit unions in five different states.  Each representative brings new skill sets to what CU Achieve, Inc. can offer and we are helping credit unions of all sizes to achieve their goals through a creative and comprehensive approach.
